You know you’re too busy when…… You are writing blog posts at 1:26 am! I cannot believe that it has been over a month since I last virtually put pen to virtual paper to write about life or faith or life and faith, but it has. I’ve had a little trouble with the new Word Press blog. When [...] Well, I certainly didn’t think a week would go by without blogging after my new/improved website got up and running, but that is what happened. Can’t even tell you where the time went exactly except whatever I was doing, I certainly was busy doing it. Are you a to-do list maker? I am, but then the list gets out of hand with me adding things like “Promote world peace” at the bottom of the list along with buying milk and eggs and the whole thing gets tossed in the trash as way too much to do in a [...] It is fabulous to be back online with kimzweygardt.com! Love the new look and looking forward to new adventures in God. Isn’t it amazing that though He is the same yesterday, today and forever, life with Him is never the same! I am listening to Brandon Heath’s “Wait and See” where he sings that God [...] I love that God wastes nothing in our lives! And I adore that He has a plan for us even when we don’t see it! And I think it is the greatest that He gifts all of us with ways to reach the world for His Kingdom! Isn’t God good? Many of you know me as a [...] Depending on where you are in life—buying pencils and notebooks and new backpacks and writing checks for lunch tickets or writing really big checks for college tuition or perhaps watching your grandchildren get on the bus for that first day of school, mid August heralds the end of summer and reminds me that time passes. Not just living out my faith in Christ but looking at what is it about my life that makes it different from those who do not follow Christ. I would like to say that all those who do not follow Christ are mean spirited, impolite, Do you have quiet time? Do you read the Word daily? Do you have personal devotions allowing time for a conversation with your Savior? Of course you do. You are a Christ follower. Well……maybe not. I just got home from 3 days spent with my Dad and as I rode in the pickup truck with him, fixing fence, checking cattle, and loading hay bales, the day to day work of farming, I walked memory lane. I don’t get home much.
